Supporting friends and family with mental health concerns

Caring for our loved ones is a primal instinct, but if they are affected by mental health concerns we may not know how to give them the appropriate support they require.

This training will teach you how to create safe spaces, relationship boundaries and navigate the mental health care system so you can effectively support your loved ones when they are struggling with mental health concerns. Our team can teach you the skills you need to help others through their personal mental health challenges whilst maintaining your own self-care and optimal mental health.
